By using LLMSage, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

2) Services

LLMSage provides a multi-model chat interface that lets users access various large language models under a single subscription. You choose which model you wish to use, and our system will route your queries accordingly.

3) Eligibility

You must be at least the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction (for example, 13 in many regions) to use LLMSage. By using the services, you represent you meet this requirement and have authority to enter into these Terms.

4) Accounts

• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account.
• You're responsible for safeguarding your password and for any actions under your account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in abuse, fraud, or illegal use.

5) Payments & Subscription

• Subscription fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law.
• We reserve the right to adjust subscription fees; changes become effective at the start of the next renewal period after notice.
• Access to multiple models is included under the chosen subscription plan; usage limits may apply as described on our site.

6) Acceptable Use

You agree not to use LLMSage for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms. Prohibited behaviors include, but are not limited to:

• Violating any applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempting to reverse engineer or abuse the system, models, or infrastructure.
• Using the services to generate illegal content, hate speech, harassment, or infringing content.
• Attempting to impersonate another person or entity.

7) Intellectual Property

• All rights, title, and interest in and to LLMSage, including software, graphics, and content, are and will remain our exclusive property or that of our licensors.
• You retain ownership of any content you submit when using the models (your prompts, your outputs), subject to the rights you grant us under these Terms.
• By submitting content to LLMSage, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that content as reasonably necessary to provide and improve our services.

8) Disclaimers & Warranties

The services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, or suitability of models or outputs. Use of the service is at your own risk.

9) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LLMSage is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the services.

10) Termination

• You may cancel your subscription at any time according to the cancellation policies described on the site.
• We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or for other legitimate reasons (e.g., security, abuse).
• Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (e.g. ownership, disclaimers, liability limitations) will survive.

11) Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will update the “Effective Date” at the top. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12) Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which LLMSage is incorporated (or where permitted by law). Any disputes shall be resolved in the relevant courts or through arbitration if required.
